ChefSteps Live!

We helped ChefSteps, a popular YouTube channel with over a million subscribers, produce six live cooking classes to encourage viewers of their free content to sign up for their exclusive Studio Pass membership.

We highlighted the benefits of being a member by inviting select Studio Pass members to appear on camera, adding exclusivity and sparking curiosity. Each class, covering everything from Thanksgiving turkey to Valentine’s chocolate steak, featured interactive polls and responses to questions via live chat, allowing viewers to influence the sessions.

The live streams attracted an average of 10k viewers, with many watching on demand later. This engaging format inspired many to explore the ChefSteps Studio Pass community, showcasing its value and driving interest in becoming a member.

Crate & Barrel
Live from CrateKitchen

At CrateKitchen in Northbrook, IL, we delivered nine engaging live sessions: three cooking classes and six espresso classes.

To produce this show, we collaborated with renowned chefs and baristas, including Carolina Gellen,
Top Chef’s Nini Nguyen, and 2020 US Barista Champion Andrea Allen. These experts shared invaluable tips and tricks while showcasing Crate & Barrel's most popular products.

While most of the audience watched the stream on YouTube, we offered a VIP exclusive experience in Zoom for select community members. These Zoom attendees could interact directly with our chefs and baristas and get feedback as they followed along at home. At the end of each class, we held a product giveaway specifically for the Zoom audience.

Attendees left with a deeper understanding of Crate & Barrel’s products and with the skills to impress their friends and family.

Williams-Sonoma Coffee Classes

We collaborated with Williams-Sonoma to produce 12 interactive coffee classes for new espresso machine owners, turning our viewer’s kitchens into a collaborative learning experience.

Led by 2019 US Barista Champion Sam Spillman, the classes covered everything from grinding beans to latte art.

Participants didn’t just get a lecture about coffee techniques; they actively shared their creations and received live feedback from Sam in real time through our custom Zoom integration, fostering an interactive and supportive environment.

This initiative went beyond making great coffee. It boosted customers’ confidence in using their machines and showed that Williams-Sonoma is committed to supporting their customer community.
